Dear Staff,

My husband and I cannot explain how grateful we are to find a group of people that care for Bertram as we do. Your concern and patience and care is over the top. Thank you so much. We know one of these days he will become more relaxed, but for the time being, inviting him to stay behind the desk to hang out and bathing him when he made his mess this weekend were just the medicine our little (big) guy needs. We will surely be seeing you all soon.
