FREQUENTLY ASKED DELAWARE PET KENNEL QUESTIONS
We have listed some common questions that we receive regarding boarding our pet at All Aboard. If you have a question that isn't listed here, contact us and we will answer it.
What is required (vaccinations, etc) for my pet to be admitted?
We require pets to be current with inoculations. In addition to regular vaccinations, dogs must be vaccinated for Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Please bring current shot records with you.
Are reservations required?

How clean is the kennel?
The kennels are cleaned twice a day.
Can I have a tour of the facilities?
Customers are welcome to tour our facility anytime during regular business hours.
What type of animals will you board?
We currently board dogs, cats and occasionally rabbits and ferrets.
Will my dog receive attention from the staff?
Yes. We will interact with your dog during feedings and throughout the day. For additional attention, you can request additional playtime for the dog.
Can I bring my pet's favorite food?
All Aboard will supply canned and dry food for cats and dogs. However, any owner not wishing to change their pets diet, or for pets on special diets, you are welcome to bring your own. We will feed according to your instructions.
What type of dog food do you offer?
We only offer Verus dry dog food in the following flavors: Beef and Ocean Fish Formula, Chicken and Rice Formula, Lamb and Rice Formula, and Four Meat Formula. Verus is made with natural ingredients that include antioxidants, vitamins, and amino acid chelated minerals. It is also naturally preserved and provides herbal benefits, making it excellent for dogs with problem skin and allergies. Plus, dogs love it! Can I bring my pet's favorite bedding?
Feel free to bring bedding from home for your pet. Anything that smells like home with help reduce your pets anxiety about being boarded. Please do not bring bedding that you mind being soiled. We will do our best to launder any soiled bedding.
Can I bring my pet's favorite toys?
You may bring toys or chews, or buy something here.
What is Kennel Cough?
Kennel Cough is similar to a human cold. If the dog isn't vaccinated prior to staying at kennel, then the disease can spread rapidly through the kennel. Kennel Cough usually lasts 10-14 days and is not life threatening. We ensure that all dogs have been vaccinated prior to being brought to All Aboard.
Can a friend or relative pick up my pet?
Only with prior authorization from the pet owner of record and picture ID.
My pet is on medication, can you administer the medicine?
Absolutely, we take great pride in making sure that pets are administered their medications as prescribed.
